We stand behind our products 100%. If in the off chance that you receive your order and there is an error due to no fault of your own, please contact us to see how it can be corrected. If the error was on our end during production, our sole remedy will be to ship out an available replacement part to resolve the concern at no cost to you. This includes such examples as sending out drop in pieces in the correct color if a color otherwise than what was initially requested is shipped with the order, sending a replacement background mat board and center piece if the background color or text inscription are incorrect as submitted by the customer initially with their order information, or sending a new piece of acrylic if a scratch is seen in the original piece of acrylic and is outside of our tolerance level. In some cases, the replacement components shipped out may take just a few minutes of your time to fully resolve your concern – replacement items shipped out do not require a great deal of time or effort on the customer’s part.

At our sole discretion, we may decide to reproduce and ship a corrected and fully assembled new item only after the original item has been shipped back to us and reviewed by our team. If any components or items must be returned in their entirety due to a production error, an RMA can be issued to return the original items.

We DO NOT provide full refunds on orders that are handmade or custom made-to-order items. No refunds will be given for mistakes made from incorrect information that you provide with your order information. No refunds after 7 days of receiving the item. Customer pays for return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned items may only receive a partial refund for certain components that are salvageable and able to be reused for future orders. Once the returned item is received by us, the original item will be inspected to ensure that it is still in perfect working condition free of any damage/defects. If in the chance that a returned item is received with damage due to customer mishandling or due to the customer improperly repackaging the return item, the order may only be refunded a prorated amount for the reusable/salvageable components. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

All items are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of our products. Policies can be changed at any time without notification.
